Ingredients

Bacon

Onion

Preparation Steps

1 Sauté bacon and onion together. When onion is soft and bacon partially cooked, drain off grease. Add white wine and continue to cook on medium to high heat. Cook until wine is evaporated and bacon thoroughly cooked.

2 Have water boiling for sphaghetti and begin cooking pasta (about 10 minutes). (Start water to boil when beginning to cook bacon and onion.).

3 In warm bowl, mix cheese, eggs, parsley, and pepper together well. When pasta is done, drain and return to cooking pot. Mix egg mixture into pasta thoroughly, and then add bacon and onion. Scoop out pieces to avoid adding grease to the pasta.

4 Stir well and serve with additional grated parmesan cheese and pepper.
